Morningside Meadows is hiring part time seasonal help on the flower farm, starting in April 2025. There is potential for a farm management position with the right credentials. If you think you may be the right person, please let us know!

We are looking for just the right person(s) to help us grow to the next level in cut flower production!

Mature gardening experience is preferred. A willingness to work hard is a MUST. A desire to learn the cut flower farming industry from the ground up is a PLUS. Must work reliably alone AND with others, as needed. Early mornings are necessary for field and greenhouse work. Must be trustworthy and a dedicated team member.

Micro flower farming is HARD WORK! It’s dirty, sweaty and totally REWARDING. It includes planting, weeding, harvest, bouquet making, and much more behind the scenes tasks that contribute to growing beautiful flowers that will go out into the world. We try to manage the workload to include a balance of field work in the morning with hot afternoons inside for flower prep. Occasional evening hours and Saturdays may be needed.

Flexibility will be greatly appreciated which is why we would love to find our person local to New Carlisle. We are a rural farm setting on the west side of Clark County, with close proximity to the west side of Miami County.

As you grow and learn there is a potential for floral design event work for the creative soul.
